    I had tried on and off meditating for a year or so using meditation apps or what have you. Not very effective here, I felt like I wasn’t experiencing the grounded self awareness I was hoping for. Henderson’s book stripped it down to essentials in an easy to follow step by step guide. Actually learning how to meditate on my own has been such a gift. I do it regularly now and it has really improved my life.
